N.B.: IN THE EVENT OF ABANDONMENT OF INFORMATION ONE MONTH AFTER THE SIGNATURE OF THIS REQUEST, THE INFORMATION HAVING ALREADY BEEN PREPARED, THE RECOVERY OF THE COST OF THIS WILL BE MADE BY THE PUBLIC TREASURY WITH APPLICATION OF PENALTIES OF 30%.
